While I always enjoy getting approval, this trade doesn't need to be voted on. It already passed with the silent vote.
It just hadn't been processed yet because Tapia and Patterson were in COL's extended minors. Duck wanted a roster move transferring them to COL's protected prospect list so that he wouldn't get confused. COL did that last night. All that's left is for someone to Proboards and Prospects process the exchange.
