Should Free Agent compensatory draft picks be tradeable?

i think i would like to run a poll to eliminate comp picks for next year. sorry only a select few get that pick and you know when you buy or trade for said player they are free agents. only superstars get the q offer attached to them so to me its only a select few that get it. its not like every fa gets a comp pick. just my two cents. you know when you trade for said player that hes a fa. you traded for player knowing this why should yo be compensated. just my two cents. we all know s.d traded for upton in real life to a. get a year production and b. get the ability to get a comp pick. in all honesty we should in this league be abel to decide if a guy in mlb gets a q offer to keep or accept q offer. you guys all nixed the idea because it would lead to diminished free agency.
