ok guys i have been in contact with tony and he is no longer participating in the league and has handed the reigns over to myself and duck. with free agency going on i figure most are around to read this and give there two cents. now i have talked to duck and we are in agreement that the yankees franchise is in good shape as is. now this team was originally owned by our great friend greg qualls(may he rest in peace). i dont feel that any owner should own this franchise. duck has said he would take it over as long as he can take his nationals roster wit him to the yankees and then move the yankees roster to the nationals. i am completely ok with this. also in the near future will be posting some polls on somethings to get an idea of what ohters think. please feel free to make any comments, concerns........below thanks for your understanding and good luck to all

I like it, if we can get clarification on the prospects. So will the Nationals new owner take his pick of Yankees prospects to add to his 40 first? That's what was done last time if I remember correctly. I would keep the full switch pending the owner making the picks of the prospects he wants to add to his minors , just to be fair to him. He may not think much of some tony has protected, or think really highly of a kid no one has heard of yet

That actually is NOT what was done last time. I advocated for what you're describing to be done....and Tony shouted me down and called me a troublemaker who was making things more complicated than they needed to be. Instead, the rosters were switched exactly as they were, which provided Tony with extra prospects. To be fair, the new A's owner - Rich - signed off on it.

I say swap each team completely majors and minors and draft picks the only thing that should be changing iOS the team name and the division duck will be in

No, that's not fair to just swap them out, tony has been extremely busy the past year, his minors have not had much attention in the time, rightfully so with what was going on, but still, allowing the chance to add players is only fair, since duck has had the opportunity to do so over the past year, and trade minor leaguers.

ok now I am seeing what you are talking about its what in the minors currently that no one has, ok no problem I will give the new owner or anyone else to act for him two weeks to take what they want to add to the current yankee minors when I make the switch and he can have the nationals also except for what I have, is that fair enough.
