The owner of the Astros has contacted me about these moves. I explained to him the rules of sending down players who do not qualify as prospects anymore. With that being said he asked if he could retract Jemile Weeks from this list, and as a new owner learning our rules I am going to grant him that request. We all at 1 time have been new to the league, and others can attest I have done this for others as they learn.
