1. Beginning of June first year player draft (Rule 4 draft)
2. July 31st Trade deadline
3. September 1st to the end of the regular season roster expansion from 25 man to 40 man
4. First 5 days after World Series: Exclusive contract negotiations
5. November 20th: 40 man roster solidified
6. November 23rd: Final day to offer salary arbitration(team)
7. December 2nd: All contracts tendered(anyone not signed or offered arbitration is a FA)
8. December 7th: Players have until this date to accept or decline arbitration
9. First Thursday after December 12th: Rule 5 Draft
10. Early February: Arbitration hearings held
