1. No everything is not cut and dry.
2. Explanations for vetoes are not given so it doesn't influence other votes (I think). Feel free to pm the committee members who vetoed your trade and I guarantee you they will give you an explanation.
3. I do not understand the question.
4. The committee is a group of league members who Tony has hand selected to vote on trades because of our baseball knowledge. We were formed to keep the league competitive and not allow unbalanced trades to go through. Sometimes we have different views on particular players, but that's why a simple majority of all of us is all that's needed to pass or veto a trade.
5. I have no idea, nor do I care to look into it.
