P Elvis Araujo (spec)
OF Brandon Jacobs (spec)
A's trade:
SP C.C. Sabathia ($9)
P Rafael De Paula (spec claimed from the Yankees' farm system, as per the arrangement when Tony switched teams)
I accept.
Also, conditional on this trade going through, the Red Sox drop 3B Kevin Youkilis ($18) to create room under the salary cap for the deal.

I accept. As my rebuild continues, I add another nice, young pitcher in Webster, who gives me a nice 1-2 punch with Odorizzi. I add Pestano, who will most likely be closing games for my Tribe next season. Jacobs is a really nice bat, and combined with Fletcher gives me 2 young OFers that can hit. Araujo I hope can turn it around and be an effective SP that he is projected to be.
