Will be responsible for all aspects of the AL/NL ESPN sites.

Will be responsible for getting the playoff ESPN site ready once the playoffs start.

Will be responsible for both updating and maintaining the DPL to current status as well as updating the rosters both players and salaries for the opening of the season.

Prospects admins
Will be responsible for both updating and maintaining the prospect list to current status

Proboards admins
Responsible for updating proboards for all transactions during the season.

Draft Admins
Responsible for getting draft picks settled onto teams as well as running the draft.

FA admins
Responsible for getting all off season FA's posted as well as assigning winners and posting to rosters.

Sounds like a good idea to me. However, based on how the responsibilities are divided and worded here, I see some holes. Either the job descriptions need to be amended, or we need additional people to:
(1) process adds/drops by updating rosters and salaries;
(2) manage the draft; and
(3) handle posting players to off-season and in-season free agency, determine winning bids, and add purchased players to rosters.

I got a crazy schedule, but I think I could manage the Prospects admin.
