This seems fair, but what do we do if there is only 1 vote? Seems pretty crazy to allow a trade to pass with 2-3 votes.

18 total votes, 12 non voters and we agree to make a change here. Not enough substance to make a final decision IMO. I do agree with Bob though on TC members. Everyone is forgetting that we do not live for this league. It is done in fun for us. We are not going to be here everyday to vote on every trade.
