option 1 will be $135 mil cap, option 2 will be $140 mil cap, option 3 will be $145 mil cap, option 4 will be $150 mil cap, option 5 will be $160 mil cap, option 6 $175 mil cap, option 7 will be no MLB CAP but it works like the luxury tax if you go over $190 mil you lose the right to your first round draft pick in free agent draft and all 3 draft picks in rookie draft.
the option with the most votes will win. any way we go about it some of you will have to drop players to get in compliance unless of course you want to pay the price. since free agent picks are not tradable here is he catch on rookie draft picks if option 7 is picked and you violate the $190 mil you will be unable to acquire any rookie draft picks.
