Hear are some sugestions to start with Should modify to fit our league.
•Scoring
•Head to Head weekly matchups in 12 categories
•Batters: BA-R-RBI-HR-SB-OBP
•Pitchers: W-ERA-WHIP-K-S-H
•Rosters
•Major League Rosters
•There will be 25 active roster slots
•There will be 19 starter slots consisting of:
◾1 Catcher
◾1 First Baseman
◾1 Second Baseman
◾1 Shortstop
◾1 Third Baseman
◾1 Left Fielder
◾1 Center Fielder
◾1 Right Fielder
◾1 Utility
◾5 Starting Pitchers
◾5 Relief Pitchers
•There will be 8 DL slots
◾Only players on the DL in the MLB can be placed on the DL in this League
•Each team must have 15+ active players on its major league roster at all times during the regular season, and at least one player in each starting position including the active roster and DL
•In the offseason until free agency, teams over the 25 man active roster limit can only make transactions that reduce the amount of players on their active roster
•In the offseason, any player with at least 130 career ABs/50 career IPs must be placed on the active roster but can be sent down if he is officially placed on a minor league roster
•Players already on a team can be owned as long as they are under contract in the real-life MLB 5 days after the end of the World Series
•Minor League Rosters
•Teams can add MiLB players during the offseason and regular season provided they meet one of the following conditions.
◾Less than 130 career ABs/50 career IP
◾On a MiLB roster
◾Cleared a 3 day waiver period in which any team can claim him on a first-come, first-serve basis
•Owners must call up minor league players that make a 25 man active MLB roster within two weeks after opening day, or the players will be eligible to be added via free agency
•MiLB players cannot be dropped during the regular season but can be dropped during the offseason
•MiLB players who have not been under contract for a MLB-affiliated minor league roster for two or more years are not allowed to be owned
•NOTE: September callups are not allowed to be added

•Regular Season Adds to MLB Rosters
◾Unowned players that meet the following two criterion are eligible for regular season MLB roster adds
1.On a 25 man active MLB roster
2.Started the season on a MLB-affiliated team (Note: See special case above where owners are given two weeks to call up MiLB players that made MLB rosters on opening day)
3.NOTE: Professional international free agents that signed after the start of Offseason Free Agency are not eligible for adds
◾Adds are based on the FA bidding season (see offseason free agency for specifics)
◾Adds must be posted in the “Roster Adjustments for Review” section
◾Owners are responsible for updating ESPN for adds
•Regular Season Drops for MLB Rosters
◾During the regular season, there will be a 10% cap penalty based on each dropped player’s salary that will be counted through the end of the regular season
◾If a team resigns a player they had previously dropped, the cap penalty will still continue through the end of the regular season and if they are dropped again, an additional penalty will be counted
◾Drops must be posted in the “Roster Adjustments for Review” section
◾Owners are responsible for updating ESPN for drops
•Trades
◾Trades must be posted in the “Trade Review” section
◾The Trade Review Committee will vote on all trades
1.Trades not involving a Trade Review Committee member need to be approved by 3 Trade Review Committee members
2.Trades involving 1 Trade Review Committee member need to be approved by 3 Trade Review Committee members
3.Trades involving 2 Trade Review Committee members need to be approved by 2 Trade Review Committee members
◾The Commissioner will put through trades within 48 hours of the final approval
◾The Commissioner will put through trades on ESPN at least 1 hour prior to the first game of the day
